Apple, Kale, Banana and Flaxseed Smoothie Drink

  • 2 large kale leaves stems removed, washed
  • 1 apple
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tsbp flax seeds
  • 1 litre cold water


  • Place all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.
