Avocado on Rye Sourdough with Tumeric & Hemp Hearts

  • 2 slices rye sourdough thick slices
  • 1 large avocado skin removed, sliced thinly
  • 2 tsps ground tumeric
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil


  1. Toast the bread and place one slice on each plate.

  2. Gently place the sliced avocado on the toast, sprinkle with turmeric, black pepper, hemp hearts and a drizzle of olive oil.

  3. Serve immediately.
