Avocado on Rye Sourdough with Tumeric & Hemp Hearts
- 2 slices rye sourdough thick slices
- 1 large avocado skin removed, sliced thinly
- 2 tsps ground tumeric
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp hemp hearts
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Toast the bread and place one slice on each plate.
- Gently place the sliced avocado on the toast, sprinkle with turmeric, black pepper, hemp hearts and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Serve immediately.
