Blueberry & Coconut Yoghurt Chia Pudding Breakfast Jar

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2/3 cup coconut milk or use any plantbased milk
  • 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp pure Maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup blueberries rinsed


  • Place the chia seeds in a jar with the milk and give it a good stir.  Leave to soak for 10 mins before stirring again to ensure no clumps! Leave for another 5-10 mins - the longer you leave it, the plumper the chia seeds will become.
  • Add the yoghurt and stir then top with the Maple syrup and blueberries.
  • Serve!
