Blueberry & Coconut Yoghurt Chia Pudding Breakfast Jar
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2/3 cup coconut milk or use any plantbased milk
- 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
- 1 tbsp pure Maple syrup
- 1/2 cup blueberries rinsed
Place the chia seeds in a jar with the milk and give it a good stir. Leave to soak for 10 mins before stirring again to ensure no clumps! Leave for another 5-10 mins - the longer you leave it, the plumper the chia seeds will become.
Add the yoghurt and stir then top with the Maple syrup and blueberries.
