fresh juice turmeric orange vegan recipe

Carrot, Apple, Celery, Tumeric & Ginger Juice

  • 10 apples organic, washed, cored, chopped
  • 20 carrots organic, washed, tops removed
  • 10 sticks celery washed
  • 1 juice lemon this will help to preserve the juice
  • 2 inches ginger root
  • 2 inches turmeric root
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper to help absorb the curcumin from the tumeric


  • Juice all ingredients (excluding the pepper!)
  • Add the pepper and serve immediately or store in the fridge in clean, sterilized bottles leaving as little air as possible.
