Carrot, Apple, Celery, Tumeric & Ginger Juice
- 10 apples organic, washed, cored, chopped
- 20 carrots organic, washed, tops removed
- 10 sticks celery washed
- 1 juice lemon this will help to preserve the juice
- 2 inches ginger root
- 2 inches turmeric root
- 1 tsp ground black pepper to help absorb the curcumin from the tumeric
- Juice all ingredients (excluding the pepper!)
- Add the pepper and serve immediately or store in the fridge in clean, sterilized bottles leaving as little air as possible.
