Carrot, Apple, Celery, Tumeric & Ginger Juice

  • 10 apples organic, washed, cored, chopped
  • 20 carrots organic, washed, tops removed
  • 10 sticks celery washed
  • 1 juice lemon this will help to preserve the juice
  • 2 inches ginger root
  • 2 inches turmeric root
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper to help absorb the curcumin from the tumeric


  1. Juice all ingredients (excluding the pepper!)

  2. Add the pepper and serve immediately or store in the fridge in clean, sterilized bottles leaving as little air as possible.
