Carrot, Apple, Ginger and Celery Juice

Ingredients

  • 1 kg carrots organic, ends removed, excess dirt washed away
  • 4 apples organic
  • 2 inches root ginger organic
  • 10 sticks celery organic

Instructions

  1. Push all ingredients through a slow juicer.

  2. Drink immediately or store in airtight containers in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Recipe Notes

I always stipulate organic with juicing because you are concentrating the juices, so if there is pesticide residual on the vegetables/fruit they will go straight into your juice and absorbed quickly into the body.
