Chia Pudding Pots with Pomegranate & Quinoa Pops

Ingredients
  

  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • cup coconut & almond milk
  • 2 tbsp plantbased yogurt
  • 6 raspberries washed
  • 1 tbsp hazelnuts chopped
  • 1 tbsp quinoa pops
  • 1 tbsp pomegranate pips
  • 1 tsp fresh mint leaves

Instructions
 

  • Place the chia seeds and milk into a jar, stir and allow to stand for 20 mins.
  • Add the yoghurt to the chia mixture and stir through.
  • Add the remaining ingredients as a topping and serve immediately.
