Chia Pudding Pots with Pomegranate & Quinoa Pops
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- cup coconut & almond milk
- 2 tbsp plantbased yogurt
- 6 raspberries washed
- 1 tbsp hazelnuts chopped
- 1 tbsp quinoa pops
- 1 tbsp pomegranate pips
- 1 tsp fresh mint leaves
- Place the chia seeds and milk into a jar, stir and allow to stand for 20 mins.
- Add the yoghurt to the chia mixture and stir through.
- Add the remaining ingredients as a topping and serve immediately.
