Chocolate, Cherry Creamy Oats with Maple Syrup

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup coconut milk from a carton
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp maca root powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 ripe banana


  • 1 handful cherries washed, stones removed, halved
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao nibs
  • 1 tbsp pure Maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds


  1. Place the oats, coconut milk, raw cacao, maca powder, cinnamon and banana into a jug and use a hand blender to blitz until smooth.  Pour the mixture into a bowl ready for serving

  2. Add the cherries, chia and Maple syrup to the oats and serve.
