Coconut & Banana Oats with Blueberries, Almond & Hemp

  • 1 cup jumbo oats
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp shelled hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp almond butter


  • Place the oats, milk, banana and chia seeds into a jug and use a hand blender to blitz until you reach a coarse texture - this should only take a few pulses.  Transfer to a bowl and leave to stand while you assemble the toppings.
  • Add the blueberries, hemp seeds and almond butter to the oat mixture and serve immediately.
