Coconut & Banana Oats with Blueberries, Almond & Hemp
- 1 cup jumbo oats
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 medium banana
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 tbsp shelled hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- Place the oats, milk, banana and chia seeds into a jug and use a hand blender to blitz until you reach a coarse texture - this should only take a few pulses. Transfer to a bowl and leave to stand while you assemble the toppings.
- Add the blueberries, hemp seeds and almond butter to the oat mixture and serve immediately.
