Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup plantbased milk
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Place the oats, strawberries and milk in a blender and pulse until smooth.

  2. Add the mixture to a bowl and top with the remaining ingredients before serving immediately.
