Simply Delicious Creamy Hot Chocolate

  • 3 heaped tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 500 mls plantbased milk coconut or cashew give a creamy texture
  • 2 tsp xylitol


  • Place the raw cacao powder in a pan and gradually add the milk while stirring to incorporate all the powder.
  • Heat very gently to preserve the raw cacao nutrients.
  • Do not allow to boil and remove as soon as the mixture becomes warm.  You will see steam start to rise.
  • Add the xylitol and serve immediately between 2 cups.
