Creamy Oats with Raspberries, Pomegranate & Peanut Butter
- 1.5 cups oats
- 2 cups almond & coconut milk
- 1 tbsp maca powder
- 1 tbsp white chia seeds
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup pomegranate pips
- Place the oats and milk in a jug and use a hand blender to blend until smooth.
- Place in a bowl and top using the remaining ingredients.
- Serve immediately.
