Curried Celeriac, Coconut & Black Sesame Salad

  • 1 whole celeriac outer edges removed with a knife and the rest grated
  • 150 mls coconut milk from a carton not a can
  • 1 tsp ground tumeric
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp black sesame seeds


  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and allow to sit for an hour in the fridge while the celeriac soaks up the flavours.
  • Serve when ready or keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
