Fermented Oats with Live Yoghurt and Orange
- 1/2 cup pre-soaked oats oats soaked in water freshly boiled for a few hours or overnight
- 3 spoonfuls any bio-live yoghurt with live cultures
- 1 orange peeled, sliced
- 1/2 banana peeled, sliced
- 1 small handful chopped walnuts
Place the pre-soaked oats into a bowl, mix with the bio-live yoghurt and leave, covered, to ferment overnight on the counter top.
The following morning, top the fermented oats with orange, banana and walnuts before serving.
