Fermented Oats with Live Yoghurt and Orange

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pre-soaked oats oats soaked in water freshly boiled for a few hours or overnight
  • 3 spoonfuls any bio-live yoghurt with live cultures
  • 1 orange peeled, sliced
  • 1/2 banana peeled, sliced
  • 1 small handful chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Place the pre-soaked oats into a bowl, mix with the bio-live yoghurt and leave, covered, to ferment overnight on the counter top.

  2. The following morning, top the fermented oats with orange, banana and walnuts before serving.
