Fig & Sable Grape topped creamed Coconut Oats

- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1 fig quartered
- 1 cup Sable grapes or any grapes available
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Place the oats and coconut milk in a pan and warm gently on a low heat.
Place the oats in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
