Ingredients

  • 2 courgettes cut 3 different ways - grated, shaved, sliced
  • 1/2 pomegranate
  • 2 slices red cabbage
  • 6 radishes washed, sliced
  • 2 handfuls mixed salad leaves
  • 1 avocado skin removed, sliced thinly
  • 1 can flagolet beans rinsed, drained

Instructions

  1. Simply place all your ingredients in 2 bowls and serve immediately.

Recipe Notes

There's no need for a dressing on here as the ingredients are already incredibly tasty together.
