Flagolet Bean, Courgette, Pomegranate & Red Cabbage Bowl
Prep Time 15 minutes
- 2 courgettes cut 3 different ways - grated, shaved, sliced
- 1/2 pomegranate
- 2 slices red cabbage
- 6 radishes washed, sliced
- 2 handfuls mixed salad leaves
- 1 avocado skin removed, sliced thinly
- 1 can flagolet beans rinsed, drained
Simply place all your ingredients in 2 bowls and serve immediately.
There's no need for a dressing on here as the ingredients are already incredibly tasty together.
