Adding fruit to salads is a favourite choice for me! I love savoury foods but you can’t beat the burst of fresh, sweet juice which comes from oranges, blueberries, strawberries or kiwifruit combined with the freshness of the green salad leaves.  Drizzled with some sweet, acidic balsamic vinegar – this is a winning Summer salad combination for any table!

Green Leaf Salad with Strawberries, Blueberries, Orange & Kiwi

  • 200 g mix of green salad leaves washed
  • 1 cup strawberries washed
  • 1 cup blueberries washed
  • 1 kiwifruit washed, sliced
  • 2 oranges peeled, sliced
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar


  • Place all of the ingredients in a large serving bowl, drizzle on the balsamic vinegar and toss to combine before serving.
