A really delicious combination I’m sure you will agree – cool, creamy yoghurt, some crunchy granola and with sweet and juicy fruit! It could quite possibly be my all time favourite breakfast combination and if you make your own granola, as I have done HERE, you will have full control over the ingredients.

This particular dish is loaded with protein and healthy fats from the nuts, seeds, quinoa and yoghurt and the chopped orange pieces provide a good amount of vitamin C.

Nut, Seed & Quinoa Granola with Yoghurt & Oranges

  • 1 cup homemade quinoa, nut & seed granola
  • 2 oranges peeled, chopped
  • 1 heaped spoonful yoghurt


  • Place all in a bowl together and serve!
