Plum Porridge with Cacao Nibs and Coconut Yoghurt
Prep Time 10 minutes
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup plantbased milk
- 1 plum washed, stoned, halved
- 3 tbsp plantbased yoghurt
- 1 tbsp maca root optional
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp stevia or xylitol
- 1 small beetroot juiced optional
- 2 tbsps cacao nibs
- 1 handful hazelnuts
Place the oats and plantbased milk in a bowl and blend using a hand blender.
Add the oats to a bowl, stir through the maca, beet juice, cinnamon and stevia.
Add the plum halves, cacao nibs, hazelnuts and yoghurt and serve immediately.
