Plum Porridge with Cacao Nibs and Coconut Yoghurt

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup plantbased milk
  • 1 plum washed, stoned, halved
  • 3 tbsp plantbased yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp maca root optional
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp stevia or xylitol
  • 1 small beetroot juiced optional
  • 2 tbsps cacao nibs
  • 1 handful hazelnuts


  • Place the oats and plantbased milk in a bowl and blend using a hand blender.
  • Add the oats to a bowl, stir through the maca, beet juice, cinnamon and stevia.
  • Add the plum halves, cacao nibs, hazelnuts and yoghurt and serve immediately.
