A quick start to the day or fast fix when you need something sweet!



  • 1 unit Frozen banana
  • 1 cup Frozen raspberries
  • 1 tbsp Golden flax seeds (linseeds)
  • 1 splash Water to ease blending


  • 1 sprinkle Pomegranate pips and white chia seeds


  1. Place all ingredients (excluding topping items) in a blender and pulse until smooth.

  2. Pour into a jar and top with the pomegranate pips and white chia.
