Raw Buckwheat Groat Porridge with Mango & Banana

  • 2 cups raw buckwheat groats soaked in water overnight then rinsed
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1/2 mango sliced
  • 1 tbsp pure Maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp smooth peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds


  • After rinsing the overnight soaked buckwheat groats in water, place them in a large jug or bowl with the banana and use a stick blender to blitz until smooth.
  • Serve in 2 bowls (or save 1/2 for the following day) and top with the mango slices, peanut butter, Maple syrup and sesame seeds.


This recipe makes 2 servings so keep 1/2 in the fridge for the following day if you only need 1.
