Refreshing Avocado & Lime Popsicles

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 juice lime
  • 250 mls coconut milk thin milk from a carton not from a can
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 tsp pure Maple syrup


  • Blitz all ingredients in a blender.
  • Pour the mixture into 5 popsicle moulds and place in the freezer to set overnight.
