Refreshing Iced Coffee with Almond Milk

  • 2 tsp instant coffee
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 cups ice


  • Boil 2 cups of water and add to a heatproof jug with the instant coffee granules, give it a stir and allow to cool for 1-2 hours.  Place the cooled coffee into a lidded container and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours (it can be left overnight), until completely chilled.
  • Place the ice in the glasses, add the almond milk and pour the chilled coffee over the milk.  Stir and enjoy!
