Tahini, Maca, Banana & Raspberry Oats with Hemp

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp maca root powder
  • 1 tbsp dark tahini
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 3 Brazil nuts
  • 1.5 cups coconut milk from a carton, not the type from a can


  • Add the oats, banana, coconut milk, tahini and maca powder to a bowl and use a hand blender to blend until nearly smooth.
  • Add the raspberries, hemp hearts and Brazil nuts and serve immediately.


If you have time and remember to do so, soak the oats overnight in the coconut milk - this will make them extra creamy and may also aid digestion.
