Tahini, Maca, Banana & Raspberry Oats with Hemp

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp maca root powder
  • 1 tbsp dark tahini
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 3 Brazil nuts
  • 1.5 cups coconut milk from a carton, not the type from a can


  1. Add the oats, banana, coconut milk, tahini and maca powder to a bowl and use a hand blender to blend until nearly smooth.

  2. Add the raspberries, hemp hearts and Brazil nuts and serve immediately.

Recipe Notes

If you have time and remember to do so, soak the oats overnight in the coconut milk - this will make them extra creamy and may also aid digestion.
