Tumeric, Ginger, Lemon and Black Pepper Juice
- 1 inch fresh ginger peeled
- 1 inch fresh turmeric root peeled
- 1 lemon - juice of
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 200 mls cold filtered water
Place all of the ingredients into a high powered blender and blitz for about 1 minute until the ginger and turmeric are completely blended.
This makes 4 servings per tonic shot so save the other 3 in the fridge and have over 4 days for a refreshing health boost when you need it.
