Tuna, Pomegranate & Rocket Salad with Tamari & Rice Wine

  • 1 tin tuna in spring water 120g drained weight
  • 1/3 cucumber diced
  • 50 g rocket leaves
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 3 Spring onions chopped
  • 1/4 pomegranate seeds only
  • 1 TBSP tamari or soy sauce
  • 1/3 tsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds


  • Place all of the prepared ingredients into a bowl and toss together before serving with a grind of black pepper and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
