Turmeric, Ginger & Citrus Juice Shot
- 3 inch ginger root
- 3 inch turmeric root
- 1 juice lemon
- 1 juice lime
- 4 carrots washed, ends removed
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- Add each ingredient (excluding the ground black pepper - add this at the end of juicing) to a slow, masticating juicer to extract all the juice from each item.
- Divide the mixture into 4 and drink one portion per day.
- Keep in the fridge in an airtight container.
