Turmeric, Ginger & Citrus Juice Shot

Ingredients
  

  • 3 inch ginger root
  • 3 inch turmeric root
  • 1 juice lemon
  • 1 juice lime
  • 4 carrots washed, ends removed
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add each ingredient (excluding the ground black pepper - add this at the end of juicing) to a slow, masticating juicer to extract all the juice from each item.
  • Divide the mixture into 4 and drink one portion per day.
  • Keep in the fridge in an airtight container.
