oats and chia porridge with apricot, blueberries, raw caco nibs, pistachios and maple syrup

Vanilla, Apricot, Blueberries & Pistachios with Oats & Chia

  • 1 cup jumbo oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 apricot
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp pistachios roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao nibs
  • 1 tbsp pure Maple syrup


  • Place the oats and chia seeds in a bowl, cover with water, stir to combine and place a plate on top.  Leave to soak for at least 20 minutes (up to an hour at room temperature or overnight in the fridge).
  • Give the oats and chia a stir.  Place the remaining ingredients as a topping and serve immediately.
