Warm, Creamy Oats with Hemp, Strawberry Chia Jam & Pecans

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Oats soaked overnight in the coconut milk if possible but not essential
  • 2 cup coconut milk from a carton not a can
  • 1 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 handful blueberries
  • 1 tbsp strawberry chia jam
  • 1 handful pecans
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 tsp xylitol

Instructions
 

  • Place the oats in a pan with the coconut milk and turn up the heat to medium.
  • Allow the oats to warm but remove from the heat before they over-cook.
  • Place the oats in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients.
  • Serve immediately.
