Buckwheat Porridge with Stone Fruit & Berries

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup buckwheat porridge
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup plantbased milk
  • 1 tsp xylitol
  • 1 nectarine
  • 1 handful blueberries
  • 1 handful redcurrants

Instructions
 

  • Place the buckwheat, chia, xylitol and milk in a pan and heat gently until warmed through.
  • Add the mixture in to a bowl and top with cinnamon, chopped stone fruit and berries.
