Fig & Sable Grape topped creamed Coconut Oats

Ingredients
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 fig quartered
  • 1 cup Sable grapes or any grapes available
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
  1. Place the oats and coconut milk in a pan and warm gently on a low heat.

  2. Place the oats in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients.  Serve immediately.
