Creamy Porridge Oats topped with Blood Red Oranges and Chia

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1-2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp dessicated coconut
  • 1 blood red orange peel and slice
  • 1 tbsp white chia
  1. Mix the milk, oats and desiccated coconut in a bowl and leave to soak for 10mins.

  2. Add the orange slices and sprinkle with chia seeds.

  3. Serve immediately.
