Ingredients
  

  • 1 orange peeled
  • 1 inch piece root ginger peeled

Instructions
 

  • Place the peeled orange and peeled ginger into a high-speed blender and blitz for about 1 minute until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve thick or pour through a strainer to remove the fibre and drink only the juice.

Notes

If you prefer your drink to be very smooth with no bits, simply juice the orange and ginger through a juicer instead of blending.
