Peel the potatoes and dice.
Add to a large pan and cover with water.
Bring to the boil and allow to simmer for approx. 15 mins until they soften.
Drain the water from the pan and retain the potatoes in the pan for mashing.
Add the salt and milk.
Mash using a potato masher until a creamy and smooth texture is reached.
Add to the serving bowl and spread the chermoula paste then sprinkle with the tarragon.
