  • 1 orange peeled
  • 1 inch piece root ginger peeled
  1. Place the peeled orange and peeled ginger into a high-speed blender and blitz for about 1 minute until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve thick or pour through a strainer to remove the fibre and drink only the juice.

Recipe Notes

If you prefer your drink to be very smooth with no bits, simply juice the orange and ginger through a juicer instead of blending.
