Strawberry & Pomegranate, Quinoa, Yoghurt & Seeds

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups cooked quinoa
  • 2 tbsp yoghurt
  • 1 handful strawberries stems removed, washed
  • 1/4 pomegranate
  • 1 large handful mixed seeds - sunflower, pumpkin, chia
  • 1 tsp pure Maple syrup optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix the cooked quinoa with the yoghurt, add it to a serving bowl and top with the remaining ingredients before serving.
